All of the proceeds of book sales will go to:
The members of the “Collective” declined compensation for their contribution to the book, so I decided to make a donation in their name to mAss Kickers. mAss Kickers embodies the spirit a person and his/her loved ones need to battle an intimidating diagnosis. mAss Kickers also empowers patients and their loved ones with knowledge. The donation of the proceeds from book sales is kind of like “player of the game” awards given to amateur college athletes on televised college games. The members of the “Collective” are my MVPs.
